snapper or cod fish fillets, cut into pieces

1.Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Add fish fillets. Fry until golden and crispy.
Remove, drain and set aside.
Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
2.Add garlic and stir until golden and aromatic.
3.Then add chinese celery. Stir fry for a few minutes.then add carrots and cabbage.
4.Season with oyster sauce, soy sauce, Wine and ground pepper.
5.Add some water and turn up to high heat.
6.Stir quickly until all ingredients mixed well.
Remove from heat. Transfer to a serving plate. Serve immediately with hot steamed rice.
