You will need:
1. 2 steamed crabs with lemongrass for 20 min. Separate the crab meat only.
2. 2 slices of ginger, chopped finely
3. 5 straws Spring onion, chop
4. Dark soy sauce 1tbsp,add at the end
5. Shaoxing wine 1tbsp
5. Use the crab shell and legs to serve!
