Kathleen Inman at Inman Family Cellars harvests and presses her Pinot Noir to make an intentional rosé. While many pink wines are made by bleeding the tanks of a red wine, known as the saignée method, Inman Family Winery makes thier rosé from grapes picked specifically for this wine. Ask a Winemaker filmed on location in the Russian River Valley during this night harvest in 2013.
