Mussels in white wine sauce-Cozze alla marinara-a delicious and simple Mediterranean recipe with some vegetables.Here is the list of ingredients for this quick mussel recipe with some vegetables.
1000 g fresh mussels
150 ml white wine
5 stalks of flat leaf parsley – chopped
4 spring onions – chopped
3 cloves of garlic – chopped
1 carrot – chopped
some olive oil to fry and something for the finished mussels
season with salt and pepper to your own taste
Serve the mussels with white bread and lemon wedges. If there are any mussels left over, I recommend serving them with spaghetti the next day.
Prepare and clean the mussels
Wash the mussels well under cold running water and clean with a brush. If a “beard” is still sticking out of the clamshell, remove it. Then let the mussels drain for a few minutes.
