3 pounds strawberries, washed, and cut up..add 4 cups sugar…bring to boil in pot with 4 cups water… Blend berries in blender to make a “sludge”…pour into bowl, add 1 tsp lime juice, 1 tsp pectin enzyme (to clarify) , stir..
