Winemaker Gabrielle Simmers of &Co describes the soil types and location of Hawke’s Bay on the North Island of New Zealand. Gabrielle makes “The Supernatural”, a Sauvignon Blanc from limestone soils. She sat down with Ask a Winemaker at Red and White Wines in Chicago in June 2013.
