She started in the vineyards learning about the different types of grapes the harvest, while trying one of Curtis Fielding’s absolute favourite wines- their Estate Bottled Chardonnay.
After a tour through the vineyards she visited Heidi Fielding and learned how to make the Beamsville Bench Bellini, which you can try at Rock the Bench. Rock the Bench takes place this weekend- June 2, 3 & 4th at 30 Bench Winemakers. Each winery will offer two featured wines for you to choose from with your beverage tokens, along with games, food and music. This weekend the participating wineries are also offering a fun pack of 8 products. Normally it would be $160, but is on for $135. Inside 30 Bench you can also have an interactive experience so you can learn all about the wines at the event.
Another great thing to try this summer is yoga on Sundays at Fielding Estate Winery. After a great stretch in the fresh air enjoy a mimosa and something delicious from their café.
