Welcome to Khimsho’s Wine🍇 Channel. My name is Ilia Khimshiashvili and I am an Ancient Georgian traditional Qvevri wine-maker 🍷🧑

Please, SUBSCRIBE and LIKE this video👍. I am new in Youtube and need your support. I really appreciate your help!

You can watch the whole process of wine-making in my wine cellar. I am using Qvevri Wine-Making technology. I am producing red (saperavi grape type) and white wines (rkatsiteli grape type) and it is 100% Natural. The grapes has been harvested from Kakhetian region, Eastern part of Georgia. I am using Georgian grape varieties like Saperavi (red wine) and Rkatsiteli (white wine).

The Qvevri is an egg-shaped earthenware vessel used for making, ageing and storing the wine. Knowledge and experience of Qvevri manufacture and wine-making are passed down by families throughout the Georgian history.

Georgia is generally considered the ‘cradle of wine’, as archaeologists have traced the world’s first known wine creation back to the people of the South Caucasus in 6,000BC.

My wine brand is “Khimsho’s Wine” and I am already selling it at local market, as well as in European countries.
